Like the rest of the airplane, the propellers need to be protected (especially the wooden propellers), whether to protect it for itself or to protect the people working around it.
Different materials exist:
– Eco Membrane: first price, this fabric is intended for occasional use outdoors and in reinforced installation in a shed against dust, stray animals … It is waterproof and UV resistant.
– Premium: more robust, waterproof and UV resistant, this “all-weather” fabric is intended for aircraft that stay outdoors all year round.
The tips of the blades are marked in red for safety reasons on the Premium model.
Whether it is two or three blades, the propeller covers are sold individually for a quote adapted to each, their prices depend on their sizes.
A bungee cord with a plastic hook connects them.
