FAQ

1. You make an order by mail or via our contact form on our website :

    

   In order to establish a formal quote, your postal address, telephone number, protection (s) and desired fabric will be requested.  Manufacturing deadlines will already be communicated to you as an indication and will be confirmed or modified according to the firm order date.

   We will also need your registration number to affix it to your glass protection.  

   Once you have validated your quote and made your transfer your payment by transfer or check, we put the manufacture of your order in the workshop schedule and we communicate the manufacturing deadlines. The date of production will be communicated to you at that time. 

   Photos of the camera will be requested (in particular for the positioning of handles, mirrors, antennas, winglets, probes).  

   Additional information may be requested (T° probe, antenna, etc.).  

   On the day of shipment, we will send you the tracking number of the package. We ship by colissimo. We can ship via other providers (Chronopost, DHL, etc.). This is done on request and on quote. Your package will be accompanied by your Aerobache invoice.

2. You make an order through our website :

    

   You search for your device and choose the desired fabric and types of protections.  

   You select if you have the options present on your device (specific antennas requiring special mounting by zipper) and your type of fasteners.  

   Once you have validated your order and made your payment by credit card on our site, we put the manufacture of your order in the workshop schedule. The date of production will be confirmed by email. 

   Photos of the camera will be requested (in particular for the positioning of handles, mirrors, antennas, winglets, probes).  

   Additional information may be requested (T° probe, antenna, etc.).

We can take the template (as far as possible), or check with a few measurements if we can use existing similar aircraft templates …

The Ecomembrane product is intended for aircraft in hangars, and occasional outdoor installations, and for pilots looking for light cover without investing in “All Weather” protection.
Premium cover is intended for pilots wishing to cover their aircraft during their travels, or permanently installed outside for those who do not have hangars.
There is the option “attach by strap” with this fabric.

For our regulars, don’t worry, the Ecolight Top has simply changed its trade name to Premium, the quality remains the same, only the name changes.

We only offer white covers to reflect the sun as much as possible and reduce its impact on your aircraft.
